How to Participate:

1. During the Promotion Period, purchase a Box/Dish from the Big Wok, Kids, Small, Regular options at any OTR Wok-In-A-Box stores (Eligible Purchase).
2. Customers will receive a free Fortune Cookie for each Eligible Purchase, subject to availability and limited to one Fortune Cookie per Box/Dish purchased.
3. Each Fortune Cookie contains an offer determined by chance that can be redeemed in-store (Fortune Cookie Offer), details are:

1. Information on how to enter and the following clauses collectively form the terms and conditions of this Promotion (Terms and Conditions). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every customer who participates. No correspondence will be entered.
3. Any values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in AUD including GST.
4. The Promoter shall not be liable for a Fortune Cookie Offer being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches a customer or after it has been received by a customer.
5. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion and/or the Fortune Cookie Offer (including redemption and use of the Fortune Cookie Offer) are the customers’ responsibility.
6. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any Fortune Cookie Offer invalid if the customer:
   1. disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter (including its employees and agents), anyone else associated with this Promotion, or other customers;
   2. acts in any way that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the Fortune Cookie Offer; or
   3. engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter’s goodwill or reputation.
7. The Fortune Cookie Offer must be taken as offered and may not be varied. It is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and cannot be sold to a third party including online auctions and private sales. If a Fortune Cookie Offer is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another offer (or offer component) of equal or greater value (unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions), subject to any directions from any relevant authority.
8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related entities and all agencies associated with the Promotion (including their respective employees, officers, agents and contractors) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or disappointment whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Fortune Cookie Offer.
9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
10. The liability of the Promoter for any reason arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Fortune Cookie Offer or the provision of goods shall be limited to the replacement of the goods or the amount paid or payable by the Customer in respect of the particular goods.
11. The Promoter may ask for proof of purchase and reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the validity of the Fortune Cookie Offer and handling of the redemption process.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept errors and omissions at the Promoter’s discretion.
13. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which interferes with or causes the Promotion or Fortune Cookie Offer to not be able to be conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate, subject to any directions from any relevant authority.
