Aldinga OTR opens and creates new jobs for Christmas
South Australia’s leading retailer and largest private employer Peregrine Corporation, continues to invest in South Australia as it opens OTR Aldinga on Wednesday 2 December and creates over 250 new jobs in the lead up to Christmas.
The construction of the OTR Aldinga site has created employment in the south of Adelaide with 70 new retail jobs and hundreds of tradies in the lead up to Christmas.
The store offers the ultimate convenience for customers with 24 hour services including barista made coffee, Hungry Jacks, Wendy’s hot dogs, state of the art car washing, a supermarket and Brumby’s Bakery.
Michaela Webster, OTR Chief Operating Officer said “OTR Aldinga is also bringing back good old fashion service to the pump as it aims to make life easier for customers, this will include filling up customer’s cars at pumps and loading groceries into vehicles during the opening weeks” said Ms Webster.
“At a time when unemployment figures in South Australia are the highest in Australia, OTR continues to create jobs for South Australian’s across construction, food manufacturing and retail sectors.
“In addition to OTR Aldinga, we are opening another four stores before Christmas day at Port Wakefield Road, Clare, Murray Bridge and Kingston. Our team is very proud to be creating 250 new jobs, particularly at this time of year and keeping hundreds of local trades busy across SA.”
